Maria is very knowlegable and professional. She explains everthing with detail and patience, that's why I came back for my second pair of hearing aids. I first got the very tiny ones, the ones that go inside my ear canal, and although there were good, now my second pair, which is the one that goes behing the ear (mind you, you can't see it because I believe it's the smaller model that exists, My Streak), are way better.
