I had a wonderful experince with my hearing aid specialist Maria Moreno and Jacqueline the receptionist is very helpful.Maria is very patient, and took the time to listen to my concerns and answers all my questions. The Phonak EON are amazing they work very well when I'm in a restaurant.
At the beginning Maria estba en Kendal and unfortunately the WiFi didn't work properly and another appointment had to be setup. However, I don't know what ever happened in our second appointment since I couldn't see her, neither was I asked to give her a feedback on my hearing, while she was apparently adjusting them.
