I needed a hearing test as per my ENT, the lady who administered the test, Ms. Jessica Finn was exceptionally professional, timely, knowledgeable and competent. After my work audiometry, I went and saw Jessica Finn at Hear Right as a follow up. Jessica was excellent, after our more in-depth test, she compared my results with her test and showed that I did have a notch related to noise-induced hearing loss. Anyway, she said I was eligible for a WCB claim but that my hearing wasn’t they bad and there was no rush. Very courteous and efficient.
