Great experience! I can't say enough good things. Jessica was kind, empathetic, patient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to anyone for their hearing needs
James and Jessica from hear right on 12526 -132 ave were beyond amazing so kind patient I am more more grateful for these two people I will always recommend them to anyone that needs help with hearing aid no questions asked
After my work audiometry, I went and saw Jessica Finn at Hear Right as a follow up. Jessica was excellent, after our more in-depth test, she compared my results with her test and showed that I did have a notch related to noise-induced hearing loss. Anyway, she said I was eligible for a WCB claim but that my hearing wasn’t they bad and there was no rush. Very courteous and efficient.
Can’t recommend Jessica enough! Super knowledgeable, friendly and professional!
