I had recently visited for an ear check appointment, but unfortunately, there was a miscommunication that led to the audiologist mistakenly assuming I was seeking complimentary treatment, which was never my intention. This misunderstanding created an uncomfortable experience since Dagmar kept mentioning multiple times about how much free treatment i can receive, and understandably so- but the way she kept bringing it up seemed like a money grab and no care for my actual concern.
