Dagmar and her staff are just phenomenal. She is very knowledgeable regarding her profession and shares this knowledge with her patients. She makes sure they are comfortable with the use and care of their hearing aids with follow up visits. I actually look forward to going to my appointments! Five out of five stars for sure. Being fitted with my first hearing aides , here in Cochrane with Dagmar , was a surprisingly wonderful experience . I never dreamed that I would so easily accept the ‘dreaded’ hearing aides , but Dagmar’s knowledge , expertise and amazing customer service , made the process so much easier than I had imagined . I highly recommend this audiologist in Cochrane for anyone who is thinking that they might need hearing aides .
