I had recently visited for an ear check appointment, but unfortunately, there was a miscommunication that led to the audiologist mistakenly assuming I was seeking complimentary treatment, which was never my intention. This misunderstanding created an uncomfortable experience since Dagmar kept mentioning multiple times about how much free treatment i can receive, and understandably so- but the way she kept bringing it up seemed like a money grab and no care for my actual concern. Absolutely outstanding service! From the first call to the office speaking with the receptionist to the testing to the suggestion of hearing aids to the placement of the hearing aids everything was awesome! Would not hesitate to recommend these lovely people!
