Andrea went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable, would 100% recommend.
I would highly recommend Hear Right Canada! Such a friendly environment. I felt comfortable from the time I was met by Judy, the friendly receptionist, to Andrea, the audiologist, who was so patient and kind to me. Andrea is very knowledgeable and answered numerous questions that I had. She bent over backwards to make sure that I was satisfied with my new hearing aid. Having worn a hearing aid since I was a little girl, having a hearing aid that is rechargeable is certainly a change for me.....and I love it!
My experience with Stratford’s Hear right Canada was excellent. Staff was so kind and professional. Andrea was able to explain everything so well and let me trial the hearing aid to help me choose the right one for me. Her knowledge is exceptional I really appreciated the welcoming feeling in this office at a time where I had to make an important decision I left feeling like I know I can call at any time with any issues or questions.
