Even though Terra and Josh were super busy with their many clients they both took the time to welcome me and they made me feel very comfortable. They are so professional and efficient - I was in and out in record time. Another satisfied client!
Terra made a special after hours hospital visit to fit replacement hearing aids. Above and beyond. Compassionate gentle care for the client and excellent labelling, education and signage for nursing staff , friends and family. With great appreciation
I was pinging back and forth between doctors about my ear and Terra took one look at it and knew exactly what was wrong. Got it sorted and I can hear again. Very friendly, and the help much appreciated!
