I was pinging back and forth between doctors about my ear and Terra took one look at it and knew exactly what was wrong. Got it sorted and I can hear again. Very friendly, and the help much appreciated!
Terra is always so friendly and knowledgeable...she was the professional who finally convinced me the importance of wearing my hearing aids every day! She is a delight....
