I attended a presentation by Kimberly a year ago of the part hearing plays in our lives and how important it is for mental processing and human relationships. I decided then if I ever needed help with my hearing, I wanted her to be involved. My wife and I went to her last week for a hearing test. Frank met Kimberly in a local store at the time she was working on the building for Hearology. She has worked thru the process of reactivation a company plan for service. She is 30 min from my home. She tested my hearing and ordered the best suited aides. She has educated on the features and instructed on the use of the fob control.
