I had a wonderful experience at this clinic while helping my elderly mother with her hearing needs. The doctor was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure my mom felt comfortable throughout the process. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Hear Now Hearing. As a loyal client of 10 years, I expected more compassion and guidance when I encountered an issue with my hearing aid.
