Been seeing Michael for several years. Very particular with your needs. Exceeds expectations. Treats you like a friend. Hearing aides are fantastic.
When your mom's hearing aids stop working and the next available appt at her regular hearing aid place isn't for another five days....you look for another option. SO glad I did. Hear More was open weekend hours, so I called to make an appt. To my surprise, Dr. Moore spent time with me over the phone, talking me through how to clean her hearing aid at home. Michael is very knowledgeable about the business. He is willing to find the problem and work , to get it solved no matter how long. He fixed things another audiologist couldn’t.
I am a professional engineer and I usually analyze the design of the products. I had miracle ear for my first hearing aid and it did not work at all. I went back and forth to the specialist and I just stop using the aid. I found Michael by accident and he is the best. Better than my ENT Dr with their audiologist and their evaluation is not as detailed as Michael’s evaluation. Michael fit me a great miracle hearing aids. He is very methodical and did an excellent job of giving me my best hearing aid he is always available whenever I need assistance with any questions. Definitely would recommend this gentleman.
