My audiologist is Michael Moore. Michael has been great. He truly cares about my ability to hear. Also he recommended hearing aids that are right for me and not necessarily the ones that were most expensive. I look forward to working with Michael in the future. I will also recommend him to anyone who is considering getting hearing aids.
Very good service, enjoyable experience
These people are so unprofessional. If this is what our elderly parents have to deal with then shame on them. He talks over top of you without even letting you ask a simple question for somebody who can’t hear and is trying to get the correct hearing aids.
I am an orthopedic surgeon. I was diagnosed with significant hearing loss at age nine, and have had hearing aids for thirty years. I have been fitted for new hearing aids every three to five years, and have seen multiple hearing specialists, including several from leading Ivy League Universities.
