Rebecca was amazing. Not only did she help me get my hearing aids refurbished by the manufacturer, but also taught me how to adjust them on my iPhone. Her Spartan office has everything she needs to test, program and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of hearing and spoke realistically about my condition.
I am very pleased with my experience with Hear Me Again. I am a first time user of hearing aids. Randy and Rebecca at Hear Me Again are excellent to work with!! Rebecca tested my hearing and Randy recommended the hearing aids I should purchase. I just bought new hearing aids - the first time I've ever had them - from an online supplier who referred me to Randy at Hear Me Again hearing aids in Portland. As you might imagine, saving money by buying from an online-only seller is only one part of the process and the testing, tuning and followup care is just as important to your overall satisfaction as the quality of the hearing aids themselves.
