Rebecca is amazing! I can trust that I will hear from her quickly when I contact her for help. She is very helpful and knowledgeable.
The staff was wonderful here. The woman that helped me and my father was very knowledgeable about his hearing aids and very friendly and helpful.
My Audiologist has shown great patience in fitting my hearing aids. No feelings of being rushed, and she shares very helpful and specific answers to questions. There is an admirable amount of space here. HEA has a quiet office which has great tech resources and as well as waiting rest rooms. Enjoyable visits, no complaints. Highest recommendation!
Rebecca was amazing. Not only did she help me get my hearing aids refurbished by the manufacturer, but also taught me how to adjust them on my iPhone. Her Spartan office has everything she needs to test, program and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of hearing and spoke realistically about my condition.
I am very pleased with my experience with Hear Me Again. I am a first time user of hearing aids. Randy and Rebecca at Hear Me Again are excellent to work with!! Rebecca tested my hearing and Randy recommended the hearing aids I should purchase.
