Arrived early for appointment, had my hearing aids cleaned and replacement parts replaced. Also had a software update installed. Great service, all my questions were answered satisfactorily. Great service.
I have had my hearing aid for 1 year now. There has been a small issue getting the settings right. The associates are diligently working with me, trying different settings, to correct the issue.
From the moment I entered the office I felt so welcomed.they were very detailed and patient with my questions. When I left I felt like I was a new person. Love the hearing aids and how they are rechargeable and work with my I phone. Amazing!
