We are a provider for TruHearing and they are by far the most organized and thorough of all the third party companies we work with. I am sad to see people comment negatively on them because it sounds like it is the provider that did not do their part.

We think they went out of business. Came out did hearing test, canceled next appointment and never called back. We had to go to another company after waiting 4 weeks for hearing aids
