My experience with HEAR CLEAR has always been 5 Star. Mona most recently went above and beyond expectations recently when she noticed blood in my left ear. She prepared photos and commentary that I was able to share with my ENT doctor! Truly helpful!
I had an excellent experience at Hear Clear. It was my first time as it had been suggested to me that I would benefit from hearing aides. Mona was kind, considerate, thorough and very knowledgeable. It was an informative visit and put me at ease. If you are in need of hearing assistance, I highly recommend Hear Clear.

Welcoming, warm and made me feel right at home the moment I walked in. I have never met a clinician like Mona who shows such thoughtful, individual care and compassion for her clients. Wonderful lady she took the time and explained everything about my ears and getting the right hearings aids for me.
I made the right decision to work with Mona in gauging my need for hearing aids. Her background and expertise is excellent, she communicates well, and was very patient. I was able to demo two different hearing aids over 2 months. Mona ultimately helped me understand and accept my ambivalence that I was not yet “ready” for wearing aids full time. I will definitely return to her when my time comes. Until then, I’m ahead of the game as I will know what to expect.
