Having problems with my 4 year old hearing aids. Rather than immediately trying to sell new hearing aids,Terry was able to determine that wax build up was a significant problem. He cleaned my ears which made a big difference and demonstrated the improvements made in hearing aids since I purchased mine from another vendor. When I’m ready to purchase new hearing aids, I will use Hear Better.

Good products, had to follow up w ear fit and they accommodated and fixed it on the spot, I have profound losses and they have adjusted my aides to my preferred clarity 😀
