It's been almost 3 years since I got my hearing aid from Hear Again Solutions. I am very impressed about the after sales services that I received. I always get a phone call reminding me about my upcoming appointment and I don't recall that I have to wait at the clinic. Doris, the Audiologist, is very friendly, patience, & professional. I felt that I was well taken care of since the first day I walked in their clinic. Keep up the good work!
The location is convenient. All the staff in the clinic are customer oriented, very helpful, extremely patient to explain customer concerns and introduce various hearing aids. Doris, the audiologist, provided valuable suggestions and enough trial time. She also collected feedbacks regularly. Her assistant Kelly and the receptionist Adeline are very helpful too.
I have been attending Hear Again Solutions for two years now. It started off with Doris giving me a hearing test and fitting me out with the appropriate hearing aids. I go back on an annual basis for a hearing check-up, which has always been very professional and friendly. I bought a pair of hearing aids two years ago. It improves my hearing a lot. I received a very thorough hearing test and professional suggestion of hearing aids selection from the audiologist. In the past two years, they still maintained a good follow-up of my hearing experience and provided adjustment service if I need.
This was my second trip to HAS. My first experience was about a month ago when I went in to get my ears cleaned, and to have some custom ear plugs made up to protect my hearing while I rode my motorcycle. Today I picked up my ear plugs and had my hearing checked. The exam took about half an hour and then was followed up with a consultation by Doris, the audiologist at HAS.
