I went in to have a hearing aid repaired. It was handled with care and professionalism. Unlike many hearing centers, Hear Again is staffed and open every weekday by the same professional.
Betsy is extremely helpful and knows what she is doing. If you have a hearing problem, you should see her first!
I was very impressed with the staff at Hearing Again America. Yesterday I was a walk in the receptionist was very welcoming and organized with paperwork. The technician came out immediately to ask a few questions about the problem with my hearing aids she took them in to check the problem immediately diagnosed that I needed a part replaced. She also checked the manufacturer to make sure they were still under warranty and ordered the part. These two people are a credit to Hearing Again America i would highly recommend them.
