I went in to have a hearing aid repaired. It was handled with care and professionalism. Unlike many hearing centers, Hear Again is staffed and open every weekday by the same professional. I didn't realize how much my hearing had declined until I had a new hearing test and the hearing aids adjusted. Wow. The hearing professional spent as much time as needed to make sure the new settings were satisfactory and that I was happy with the results. I was elated.
