This was my first experience going to an audiologist and having a hearing test. Betsy James and her associate Jordan were excellent. Explanations were given, questions were answered and there was no pressure. This was a highly satisfactory experience and I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about getting hearing aids.
Betsy is great! She helped me sync my hearing aids to my phone!

Last week I went to Hear Again America and was very pleased to meet Betsy and her staff. Betsy spent a lot of time explaining the results of my hearing test and hearing aid options for tinnitus. Betsy was very caring and answered every question!
