George and I met with Betsy today because George had seen some ads for a German-made hearing aid that might have new technology to help him hear better. George is severely hearing impaired and has one cochlear implant plus one hearing aid. When Betsy saw the brand and type of equipment that he was wearing, she was very straightforward and told him that he was already wearing the best and most updated equipment available. This was my first experience going to an audiologist and having a hearing test. Betsy James and her associate Jordan were excellent.
