The cello Heaney sold me had a broken sound post. The one installed was too short. Purchased a case, cello, bows, strings and other supplies a few years ago. I visited them again to upgrade to a $20K cello & upgrade a case. Instead, went to San Francisco Bay Fine Strings . Upgraded everything. Bay Fine Strings can use my case for loaners. Thomas Yee is a professional musician so he provided advice and guidance. Will revisit Bay Fine to upgrade again. Heaney would not take the case as a trade in. It was rarely used.
