Usually Healthy skin dermatology side of the office is on top of their game..My last visit was rushed and unprofessional..Hopefully my follow up will be better..ps FYI training day new system learning programs wasn't a good day to have a appointment..I witnessed several people having to cancel because over 1 hour waiting to be seen

This office has five star customer service from beginning to end. The team is organized, efficient, kind and caring. The front desk went out of their way to accommodate a medical issue and turned a negative fear into positive hope. Dr. Cox has been and always offers his own 5 star bedside manner and professional expertise. We left another dermatology office years ago and it was the best decision. Dr. Cox was amazing. I had a 10:00 appointment and my husband had a 1:00 appointment. He got us both in during my time slot. He also did both procedures we needed efficiently and without the need for a follow-up. We were both extremely satisfied and grateful for his accommodations.

All of the staff were friendly and professional. I waited a minimal amount of time, was taken care of and back home in no time.
