I had an amazing all over hot stone massage here today with Amy. Best massage I’ve ever had! The customer service from Abbey has also been exceptional on multiple occasions. My husband purchased a gift voucher for me! I’ve already booked my next appointment. So grateful for you ladies
I paid 60$ for 30 minutes i told the lady my lower back was really sore then the masseuse came in and absolutely dug into my shoulders and neck. It was a very disappointing experience. I paid for a neck/shoulder/back/head massage. The primary focus was the shoulders, and when the other areas were (barely) addressed, it was no different to when I apply my own morning moisturizer. I've always walked into one of these venues at other shopping centers and never felt concerned that I would waste my money. But today, i left feeling bitter, as if they were focused on getting money and not doing a thorough job. The lady seemed lovely, though.
Just got totally ripped off at this place. Well below average massage and no health care rebate. Avoid this one at all costs!!!
