It was a very disappointing experience. I paid for a neck/shoulder/back/head massage. The primary focus was the shoulders, and when the other areas were (barely) addressed, it was no different to when I apply my own morning moisturizer. I've always walked into one of these venues at other shopping centers and never felt concerned that I would waste my money. But today, i left feeling bitter, as if they were focused on getting money and not doing a thorough job. The lady seemed lovely, though.
Just got totally ripped off at this place. Well below average massage and no health care rebate. Avoid this one at all costs!!!
Absolutely definitely going back, pleasantly painful remedial massage left me pain free, feeling the best I have felt since….i can’t remember.
While they are good at what they do, they are constantly over charging. I asked for an hour massage at the cost of $90. Knowing they would ask if i wanted an extra time half way through the massage in a most relax state I said, sure why not. Then at the counter when I was about to pay they wanted to charge me $200
