I'm very thankful for The Healthy Weigh! The weight loss program was easy to follow and the life lessons I learned there changed me in ways I can't even describe. Letha and her team make the process fun and memorable. By far this is the best weight loss program available.

I have been on one diet or another since I was 11 years old. I have tried them all from acupuncture to liquid fasts. All of them have pros and cons and work for a while. I was looking for more. More than just endless conversations about food, recipes and points. When I found the Healthy Weigh, I found a wonderful nutrition plan but also, more importantly, I found encouragement, inspiration and challenges. The Healthy Weigh is by far the best weight loss program available. I have tried a variety of programs in the past and none have provided the results, support and permanent change that Healthy Weigh does. I participated in the fall team challenge through the holidays and lost 35 pounds! While most people are packing on a few extra pounds, the participants in the challenge were losing. Such a great feeling!
