At the suggestion of a friend, I made an appointment for an acupuncture session. I was not sure what to expect but the professional demeanor put me at ease. I relaxed and let the process begin and it was quite nice. I have to say I enjoyed the electro-stimulus ( i hope that is the correct term). When my session was over, I felt very relaxed and refreshed. I am looking forward to my next visit.
I always look forward to my appointments with Kate. She is so knowledgeable and friendly. Her acupuncture treatments get to the root of my problems. I’m so thankful I found her. I would highly recommend checking the office out.
I have experienced shoulder and back tightness for many years from stress and life, but getting to work with Kate at Wellness Haven is a GAME CHANGER for these issues. Kate is amazing and listens to my needs at every appointment and addresses them. Kate has helped developed a plan to.address all my pain issues month to month. She makes sure I am comfortable and remembers my needs each time. She is very personable, I highly recommend Kate and Wellmess Haven Acupuncture.
Kate is the ultimate professional. Her knowledge for Acupuncture Is limitless and she continually takes on more education to treat the body as a whole. I personally have experienced chronic pain for over 30 years and within a few treatments I can honestly say my healing was nothing short of a miracle. Thank you, Kate for all you do!
