Kate is amazing and listens to my needs at every appointment and addresses them. Kate has helped developed a plan to.address all my pain issues month to month. She makes sure I am comfortable and remembers my needs each time. She is very personable, I highly recommend Kate and Wellmess Haven Acupuncture.
Kate is the ultimate professional. Her knowledge for Acupuncture Is limitless and she continually takes on more education to treat the body as a whole. Dr. Kate is an incredible acupuncturist. In the year and a half I have been her patient she has treated chronic lumbar pain from a car accident for me, migraines, headaches, and when my shoulder kept slipping out of socket (sublaxation). She was able to engage all of the muscles around my rotator cuff to activate and work cohesively to keep my shoulder in its rightful place.
