Cancelled due to unforseen circumstance, still charged which is absolutely ridiculous! Life happens! BTW thier response is not true! I advised reception I had a vehicle issue!!! Had nothing to do with work! I attend these appointments on my lunch break always, as well the owner advised i was reimbursed which still hasn't been provided on my end
