They neglected my cats. Found one catonic and the other soaked in pee. Litter box full. I had heart surgery and came back at the time they gave me and they locked doors, ignored me, wouldn't give my cats back and charged me extra. Had to take my girl for surgery to remove the infections that she got from her stay. These little rooms only have interior windows. No outside windows. So they can look at the office or the walls. Our 2 dogs absolutely love coming here and the staff is always so friendly. Highly recommend them.
I am so happy with the service and the people are very nice. My Schnoodle puppy went in for his first grooming session and I was very happy with his haircut. He looks so cute!! I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Oh and the cost wasn't too pricey either!
