Focus on senior treatment with individualized , professional plans and instruction by highly qualified Physical Therapists. Dr Miskech established a caring rapport while working with me to remedy my physical limitations at my own pace. I entered into physical therapy 2X a week at Healthy Seniors in December, 2025 with two primary goals. I hoped to learn how to alleviate some chronic lower body cramping and I desired to distance walk again, something I had been unable to do when I began therapy. With therapy, and upon discharge two months later, both of these goals were met. In addition, my entire body is physically stronger and more balanced, so now I walk more confidently.
