Best massage ever. He definitely knows what he is doing. If you need deep tissue work, this is definitely the place to go. I would recommend him to anybody including people with sports injuries.
Richard is incredible. His mannerisms, professionalism and genuine care immediately put me at ease. He spends the time to get to know your injuries/ailments and works to actually improve instead of bandaid. He experience and knowledge that he passes on, enables and arms patients with invaluable information and techniques to progress to a place of actual healing. I cannot recommend him enough!
Richard is talented , an active listener , approachable and above all kind. I’ve been to many RMT and body work specialists over the years and he was able to help diminish my back pain through massage, exercises he showed me and stretches in a way I haven’t found often. Truly amazing professional and lucky to have him in Sooke ! Ten out of ten stars !
