20/10 recommend. Tom is quick, kind, fair on prices, friendly and honest. I have an iPhone 11 that’s I’ve had for 5 years. It works fine but a few months ago my screen cracked to I, mistakenly, went to the shop in Walmart. Within a month my screen was popping out, in part because my battery was old and swelling but also because the quays at Walmart didn’t add the seal that comes with screen… make that make sense. This was the most helpful person I've met when it comes to phone repair over the years. I was very appreciative that he managed my expectations when I called about a wet phone repair. Once I brought it in, he was able to open the phone up to inspect what was fried/shorted out. He did this quickly and even had all the parts needed to fix it for me on the spot. I went home one happy camper and my phone is working (and looks) much better.
I came in with a crack on my phone or screen protector (flip phone), and the gentleman who helped me was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, honest, and genuinely helpful! He explained the risks of trying to replace the screen protector on my type of phone and didn’t try to upsell or push anything.
