Used there services for 6 years and had a problem with new employee in grooming, handled my lab very roughly, did a horrible job, and was obstinate and rude, Tried to discuss with manager but refused to come to phone or call me back. Be aware that if you allow them to groom your dog you may have him mishandled and treated poorly. Will not return as there are plenty of grooming services available that will do a better job and not harm your pet. Management has no concept of customer service.
