Used there services for 6 years and had a problem with new employee in grooming, handled my lab very roughly, did a horrible job, and was obstinate and rude, Tried to discuss with manager but refused to come to phone or call me back. Be aware that if you allow them to groom your dog you may have him mishandled and treated poorly. Will not return as there are plenty of grooming services available that will do a better job and not harm your pet. Management has no concept of customer service. And give my money to private business instead of big chain stores. However recently I was very disappointed in the service at Healthy Pet. I have to pre-medicate my dog before grooming. She has seizures, and requires 3 different medications prior to grooming. So it is an all day event that I have to take the day off work for. Love it! We shopped at this store for the first time today. Not only was the girl working there very helpful, she was extremely well-versed in the products that were available. They have an awesome variety of natural products and really cute boutique stuff. The prices are very reasonable as well. We will DEFINITELY be back.
I wish I could give zero stars This is the worst place I have ever been. I was a loyal shopper there for a long time, but now there are only a bunch of younger, rude, people there, that dont know anything about the expensive items that they are selling, and if something doesnt hold up, dont expect any customer service! I am one for shoping local, but this time I say, Spend your hard earned money smart, go elsewhere! The worst service, rude employees, overpriced, run to another store!
I use them all the time. Reasonable prices and healthy pet choices then other pet stores. They do carry regular brands of most things as well as healthy alternatives. Workers are very knowledgeable and helpful with pet issues and recommendations.
