I want to clarify a few things about this response because it doesn’t reflect what actually happened. When I called ahead, I was told no appointment was needed and that I could just come in, so I followed the instructions given to me by your staff. Because of that, it’s confusing to now say I was “late” to an appointment that I was told I didn’t need. 0 stars I had to write about my second experience here, so I decided to do a double massage. They missed my hot stone and I felt rushed. This isn't even the worst part! You come to relax, and throughout my whole session, they were doing extremely LOUD construction in the other room. I even have some of it on video. This was ridiculous and not relaxing at all. When I asked about it, they straight up ignored me. They could've waited until my 30-minute massage was up, lol. However, I won't be back.
Excellent experience, and highly recommend to others! The establishment was really nice, very polite and professional staff, calm and relaxing atmosphere, affordable pricing, and Swedish massage was great. I’ll definitely visit again.
