I recently discovered this family run farm and store. I have no need for a whole, half, or quarter of meat. I went to their store that has freezers full of vacuum sealed various meats and cuts in small portions. Perfect for me. They also have breads, eggs, some produce and more. I made lamb riblets thus far. They are lean, tasty (best I have ever eaten) and so delicious. I went back for more. My little refrigerator freezer is full for now. All very healthy products! Our meat was prepared beautifully, we got a full pork. It has been quite delicious! The people are super friendly and easy to work with.
