Good listeners & they care I had to have more than a few fillings done at most recent visit and Dr. Hersh a was just wonderful. It's not a pleasant experience, but they truly make it easier to handle. Everyone there listened to my concerns and cared about how I was feeling.
as expected I've had a chipped front tooth for several months. Finally got clearance from our dental insurance to have it fixed. Jeremy and his crew were terrific. He knows that I can't stand being hurt so numbed me appropriately and asked several times if I was feeling anything. They had a temporary tooth in place within an hour and promised me a permanent replacement before Thanksgiving. My visit to Charles Dental Group was pleasant, but took a long time. It took and hour and a half to get my teeth cleaned and that is far too long.
