Charles Dental Group is the best I have worked in Many dental offices over the years as a Hygienist and now I am a patient at the CDG. Before I scheduled my first appt I walked in to checked out the office, unannounced and asked for a tour. They were gracious and showed me around. The office is spotless. The staff, so nice and accommodating and great technicians. My Drs are Dr Hersch and Dr Mosier. Things don't always happen at convenient times. So when I had a crown come off at a little after 2 p.m. on Friday of Memorial week end, I called the office. Julie told me they had only one doctor and the office was closing at 3. I fought the I-80 traffic as best I could but didn't arrive until 3. They still took care of me as they always do--thank you, thank you, thank you.
