I have been on the HFLM meal program for over 15 years. The menus and meals have been great tasting, fresh, and designed by nutritionists. Customer service has also been great. For the money, they are a great value that has helped with portion and weight control. They have also freed up time to do other things versus trying to plan my own meals. I highly recommend them.
