I’ve been a customer for over a year and I find the food to be fresh and tasty. Breakfast and lunches are great dinners so so. The staff is excellent. It’s always a joy to to pick up my meals twice a week.
I enjoy the great variety and flavors these meals offer. The price is very reasonable, and I know I’m getting a very nutritional and balanced diet. The program also is a big help for me in losing some Weight.
I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered HFL meals. The food is fresh and so tasty. I thought I’d be hungry all the time when I started the 1200 cal. diet but I’m not. The meals are very satisfying. I lost 15 pounds easily and will continue to eat HFL to lose more.
The meals are very good and fresh. If there is a meal too spicy for me I have the option to swap that meal for a meal less spicy. I'm semi-retired so the HFLM fits my budget, and I don't waste food since I don't need to grocery shop for meals, so that saves me a lot of time.
HFLM helps me to control portion size and calories. I love having to only heat and eat.
