Tatiana worked a a miracle on my back . I could not stand up from the pain before the appointment and by the end, the week long pain was completely gone .
After 1 session, Tatiana relieved an aggravating knot resulting from a nagging back rib injury. Her style is to combine muscle activation techniques, heat and subtle not deep MT to remedy imbalances, knots and injuries. I have had 4 different MTs, my PT and chiropractor work on this rib for 2 years. Tatiana's approach worked. If you do not like painful deep tissue massage but require MT to deal with injuries and other muscle, connective and soft tissue problems, I recommend Tatiana.
I have been very pleased with my treatments with Tatiana. Her suggestions for home and work, have been so useful in helping me to strengthen my shoulder.

Zeinab (Farnaz) Firoozmand – I have been receiving massage therapy from her for almost two years, and she is by far the best therapist I have worked with in Ottawa. I travel all the way from Orleans just to see her, and my sister and cousins also visit her regularly. Highly recommended! Farnaz applies the right amount of pressure to the muscles, ensuring it’s at the full extent needed. She doesn't hold back, unlike some therapists who may ease off because of the physical demands of the job.
