Amazing! I have been looking for a place like this for a long time. The Dr is very nice and told me problems I have that I didn't even know. The 2 people up front are nice too. Made my "prescription" my son got to watch. It's true that they are very buisy when they first open, I'd go later in the day if you can.
Please change the walk in list system. All kinds of problems. Time to modernize, it's costing you business. Also, if you're going to take a lunch break, just close, clear the list, eat your lunch and reopen. Designate a time you're going to eat lunch. You have people that have been waiting for a hour or more, get close to their turn, then you take lunch? It's disrespectful to your customers. The herbalist is an absolute treasure but the way this place is run is disgraceful and has to change
