This is by far the most deceitful and dishonest business, how it has not been shut down by Australian Consumer Laws astonishes me. Purchased two massages, each for 75mins @ $115 as advertised. Confirmed with receptionist that barely could speak English however she confirmed, 75 minutes. Massages were terrible with staff that had no idea what they were doing, left room doors open and couldn’t interact with basic conversation. I hurt my back and with anti inflammatory meds & stretches there was little help. I spent $55 for a 30minute back, neck shoulder massage and it was sooo helpful. I didn’t specifically point out my pain area but somehow they massaged out the spot I needed. Indeed I needed their REMEDIAL MASSAGE. Those complaining about it being a ‘hard’ massage. There’s a difference between remedial and relax massage. If it hurts a little, remind them. 10/10 for me. 💕 thank you 🙏🏽

Went to Healthy Care Yesterday, asked for massage for sore back , paid $70 for 45 minutes, massage was very painful , arrived home ,my whole back is one big bruise ( very dark and noticeable) , in more pain than ever ,will be seeking further action on marks left by this firm. Do not go to them , they don’t know what they are doing ( photos to prove of severe back bruising )
I have been here many times and the staff are beautiful. They don't speak much English but they are very caring and kind. I had the most amazing massage and I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud.
