i have been going to Deanna for waxing services and she is incredible, super knowledgeable and professional. She definitely makes me feel comfortable while in such a vulnerable position! She is the best, hands down.
They do well with massages. I set up a massage for a friend and she loved it. But she decided to get one herself and after getting a massage that cost a high price for a average working American, at the front desk when paying they have the audacity to request a tip as if this doesn't cost a lot already. And the smallest tip is 15% when paying. Do we pay tips to our doctors after a appointment? Or a physical therapist?
I have been coming here for massages for a while and Melanie does an amazing job. She is great at understanding which areas need attention. Recently I also started the new stretch therapy sessions with Tyler. It has really helped with improving my flexibility. He is very knowledgeable in fitness and anatomy and has a great understanding of which muscles to stretch first to get at those harder to stretch muscles. My experience was absolutely amazing and I was charged exactly what was quoted to me. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.And most of the pain that I was experiencing before my visit is almost gone. The atmosphere is very inviting and I can definitely tell that the staff cares about my well being. I highly recommend.
I was a bit reluctant to rate as this is negative and I'd like to see local business prosper. However, I thought people should be aware ahead of time. I have had three sessions. All great, except for the charges levied. Each time the service costs more than advertised. After the second session I talked with Melanie and she agreed.
