I purchase 2 x-chairs from this location over Memorial Day. While very helpful up to the point of sale, they did not honor the agreed upon sales price—which I could not tell at the time because I couldn’t get a paper receipt showing the transaction at the time of sale. I was excited to get a supportive chair to help address some of my back and neck issues. I initially had a very positive experience with the salesperson at the store. He showed me the different stock and sold me an X-2 chair, which I was very impressed with. I was told that my chair would likely arrive within two weeks. It didn't arrive in that time, but I did not mind initially. good sales pitch and inventory but short on service and delivery. Short staffed and did not follow through on delivery date promises. Appalled that the item was fully charged weeks ahead of delivery. Two to three week estimate is now almost two months. Still waiting.

Obviously need to higher more staff. Hung out for 5 minutes, no help. We left.

Went in to browse chairs. I let the salesperson know that I am a forward sitter, and immediately, the salesperson sighed and said "This is the disconnect between men and women. 8 out of 10 women.... a task chair is not a couch." I haven't been treated with so much contempt in years. I know what a task chair is, and that it is different from a couch. Thanks, dude - you really made my day. I did not buy a chair there, and basically wanted to get out of that store as soon as possible.
