I liked this store a lot because there was no high-pressure sales tactics. Nick was super nice, answered all my questions, and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. I got to try out all the chairs and left with a brochure. The chair I'm considering is a big purchase, so I really appreciated not being pushed into buying on the day I first started looking!
i had an interest in a zero-gravity recliner, but the concept is so different i really needed to set in them and gather more inormation. There are few stores that carry them, but i found the Healthy Back Store in Fairfax and they had a great selection of my two top contenders, Svaco and Human Touch. The manager Guy Vindigni gave me over an hour of excellent instruction and information allowing me to select and purchase the correct chair and options i wanted. Great job Guy! Awful. Bought a $2,000 X chair and paid to have it assembled. It arrived unassembled. The store then put us in touch with a service to come out to our house to assemble the chair. They set up a date and time and then never showed up!!!!! No text, no email, no phone call. No customer service whatsoever. We returned the unassembled chair in the box. They could not care less about the customer.
Had a wonderful experience with the employee Nick. He was informative, efficient, friendly and non-judgemental even when my dad and I were making fun of each others’ chair choices. He helped me get a much needed upgraded office chair for work and gaming. I look forward to recieving it soon!
Store Manager Guy is the real deal. I am only giving a 5 star review because he saved the day... and resolved my last three weeks of issues. I bought my chair from the Alexandria store and have not hear from anyone in the store for over three weeks. My chair has been sitting at the warehouse for delivery. I finally called the Fairfax store to see if someone could help me with the my purchase from the Alexandria store.
