Weight loss doesn't have to be hard. A friend loaned me his copy of the "Healthy Aging Diet Cookbook: Lo-Carb recipes for the HCG, Leptin, Ketogenic, Paleo & Mediterranean Diet Programs" - by Dana Luchini. I love the recipes. The pounds just fall off. With clinics in Tacoma, Spokane, and Vancouver and my weight loss it's obvious that Dana knows what she's talking about.
