They over book themselves for Saturdays and then blame it on low staff because its the weekend. I had an appointment for Saturday at 10:30 and am currently still waiting at 11:30. I've watched two people that arrived and signed in after me get called in before I have. I cant imagine how long you have to wait without an appointment.
Went in for a DOT physical, have been driving school buses for 4/5 years, have gone to this location for the last 3, no issues until a new medical examiner decided to question my muscle ailment in my left arm. After seeing me AND bringing in the other medical examiner who’s passed me years prior, he hands me a 20 page document and explains to me that I need to get familiar with it. Literally showed up at 915 for a SCHEDULED 930 DOT physical for my future employer. Its now 955, I have watched EVERY other person that signed in after me go ahead of me. I ask if there is a problem and guy tells me they're getting my chart. Lady comes out and calls a girl that just walked in. Rude arrogant staff.
if you come expect to be here for a couple hours
Was saw for ankle injury did make a appointment and I was seen fairly quick and was very satisfied with treatment
