Went here for a pre employment physical, had an appointment for 11:30am. I was called at 11:50am and then told to urinate to get the drug test out of the way first. I told them I couldn’t and I was told to go back out in the waiting room and drink water. I said I couldn’t stay because I had a physical with my doctor at 1:30. I was then told to leave by some rude nurse. Terrible service, long waits when no one is even really here, no urgency in their work ethic, when a appointment is scheduled no excuse for a person to wait another half hour or more past their appointment time

I was sent here to do a return to work physical separate from my surgeons that had already approved me going back to work with no restrictions not only did their doctor think she knows better than my surgeon and deny my going back she also had me drop my pants and physically examined my testicles with no gloves and Noone else in the room when I asked her to grab the other person which is common practice in NY I was told "I dont have time for that drop your pants" over all extremely uncomfortable experience where I felt taken... read more
