The front desk great once in the back room.the pre doc terrible dont even speak English.. and didn’t know what he was doing taking my blood pressure took it 5 times so much that it cut the circulation off to my arm and took a few minutes to get the feeling back.after hearing the gibberish that I cannot understand I heard him say I got “low blood pressure” I repeated 3 times “low”?? Alexis at the front desk went above and beyond to help figure out the billing situation for my preemployment physical. She not only was kind, but she was over the top helpful. She persisted until we had a solution. I was greeted by a very pleasant nurse who did my drug screen and vitals, very friendly and professional. I highly recommend health works For your preemployment needs
When you first enter the waiting area has a distinct unpleasant odor. I am uncomfortable for what I can only assume is a healthcare worker wearing head to toe hijab/burka , where you cannot even see a face, only eyes providing any type of medical care for me. How can I verify who is providing my care? This should not be acceptable in a healthcare setting.
