Very bad service unprofessional staff. Waited there for 2 and half hr for blood test only
Terrible experience. Felt so unsafe and uncomfortable. Called to make an appointment on the phone this morning. They told me they had 12:15 available and it should take an hour at most because they aren’t busy at this time of day. I got there at 12:10 and waited until 12:50/12:55 to even get called back. My testing was simple, a urine sample for drug screening and a blood draw for a TB test. Extreme long wait despite having an appointment. They seem to have a monopoly on work related tests and probably don’t have much incentive to improve. They need to learn from Quest Diagnostics on how to streamline the check-in and minimize waiting. Something that can be done in 5-10 minutes and is very predictable should not take more than 1 hour of waiting.
