When you first enter the waiting area has a distinct unpleasant odor. I am uncomfortable for what I can only assume is a healthcare worker wearing head to toe hijab/burka , where you cannot even see a face, only eyes providing any type of medical care for me. How can I verify who is providing my care? This should not be acceptable in a healthcare setting. I called down to Healthworks today before heading there. I just moved so things are tight and I can’t afford to Uber and I wanted to make sure I could be seen so I wouldn’t be wasting 3 hours of my time, especially in the heat. The lady on the phone didn’t ask me about a time and I had to ask her if I needed to be there at any time specifically.
