Place is an overbooked nightmare with extremely discourtious staff. Expect your appointment time to take at least 2 hours.
Older lady in the front for check in needs to work on her customer service manners. Waiting room was packed and no one was being called back.
Worst place i ever been to see a doctor very rude staff at front desk no positive attitude look at you like your a alien then my wife haves to wait outside the building, all her appointment I'm welcome to stay with her even when she is being seen patient should have rights to have there spouse company for support
Disrespectful and rude. Patient first is cheaper. IF ANYTHING BAD HAPPENS, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE ALLENTOWN HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
Good occupational health practitioner, Matt. Just get directions/address before you go. Came from the RGV of far S.Texas for pre-employment physical. Did not get directions when I scheduled appt. After 16 hours on planes & a bus from Philly, arriving after midnight last night. On day of appt. I couldn't contact HealthWorks via live phone conversation until a real person answered after 6 frustrated attempts & 5 voicemail messages were left.
