Came to ask a question about the service and the lady stopped me before I could speak and said we are closed and was unwilling to speak to me. How rude is that?

Summer is an amazing masseuse and Dr Gordon has treated me with acupuncture a few times.
The receptionist lady is ridiculous. I just want to book a time when I'm shopping she ask me take a card and told me to go back home to think about it. Call them when I have decisions...feeling push the customer away... I can't even just book a time in the front desk? ! And she doesn’t looks like busy st all, just chatting with another man looks like the friend.. So sorry ! as a customer I interrupted your chatting then. Ridiculous!!
I have been here before and the massage was good. On all previous occasions the masseuse and masseur listened and provided good massage and loosened up tight areas, that I discussed with them prior to the massage. Walked out feeling relieved. Today unfortunately that wasn't the case I discussed prior to the massage as I usually do but obviously wasn't listed too.
