Today, whilst on my visit to Sydney, I treated myself to a very special massage by Carole Gridley. Carole is a beautiful soul whose massages are deeply healing and unlike any therapeutic massage I have previously experienced. I had a Marma Energy Points Face and Feet session with Carole and it was bliss and exactly what I needed as I was recovering from the flu. When Carole was working on my head and face I dropped deeply into a meditative state and feel very restored, and then she moved to my feet where I felt a healing activation run through my body. I felt very relaxed and replenished after my session. Thank you Carole.
