Excellent care by Thomas. Also happy to chat and find out more about history of illness rather than just do a bit of treatment. Care taken was excellent.
Thomas was very friendly and professional. He identified my problem and treated my ankle with acupuncture and massage. He also gave me a link for exercises to do at home. The follow up appointment was a week later and after another acupuncture and massage my ankle was feeling a lot better. I was told to keep up with the exercises and if I had any further problems to get back in touch. Wonderful experience and I will use this service again if necessary.
Went as a last resort due to the pain I was in, didn't have any expectations other than it can't hurt, took me 10 minutes to walk in from the car park, double in 2 and in absolute agony. After an initial assessment with Gavin, and some treatment I walked out pain free. It took a few appointments to get back to 100% but only lost. 4 days from work and to be fair that was before visiting Healthsure, after that first treatment I was able to move and return to work albeit taking it a bit easier whilst still on the mend.
