They were great when I stopped in the store. I ordered a spin bike with a console/odometer. They did not tell me the bike would come without the console initially. They then asked if I wanted the bike without it or if I wanted to wait for the console before delivering the bike. They delivered the bike, but several months later, still have not delivered the console, which makes it difficult to know how far you've gone or anything about your workout. Customer service has been horrible from the start.
Good equipment, very understanding management
About a month ago, we purchased two pieces of equipment from Tim and Justin at the Park Meadows store. One was the WaterRower Club, and the other a pre-owned Precor Arc Trainer. Our whole experience with these guys was positive, pleasant and productive. Tim and Justin both went the extra step to give us good information and helpful, knowledge-based advice.
