I love this place! The staff are nice, great location. I want to give my special thank to Dentist Sackrider and her team, they do such a great job. She is patient, kind, and respectful, and helps me avoid so many health hazards for my mouth.
The receptionist are great and friendly, however the Optometrist, she is absolutely the worst and unprofessional. You'll sit on a room waiting for her forever with absolute zero acknowledgement... go elsewhere.
Tried to get pricing on a vision exam for my son prior to scheduling because he isn’t covered by insurance (never had vision issues so no need for it). He goes to Healthsource Eastgate for pediatrics so I figured it would be easy to have him go here for vision per a recommendation from his pediatrician. After being transferred to 5 different departments, I was finally transferred back to the practice and spoke to someone.
