Unprofessional and unqualified staff gave us advice that contradicted the advice given by a qualified dietician. The interaction and misinformation caused doubt and anxiety to an already anxious person. Not good enough. We won’t be shopping here again. edit: I mentioned this experience to a family member, and they confirmed a similar experience from the same staff member.

I love this health shop - always helpful , informative and genuine The member sale days r fab!
Stood there for ages looking around waiting for help while 2 staff stood at the counter talking. No one else in the shop. No acknowledgment that I was there, not even a glance in my direction. Obviously too busy to take my money that I will happily spend elsewhere.
