I was looking for buy a car in Florida from a dealer ship and I notice the title has a lien on it from health share credit union so I just want to make sure the lien is already paid off And the lady who I speak out about the information says she can’t help me out to check about the lien on the car So rude
Been a loyal customer for almost 10 years, I have a loan and auto loan completely paid off with them. I’m in need of a car due to an emergency situation, put in a loan application and was offered no help or possible solutions by Julia, just dismissed and told there was nothing she can do in less than 30 seconds.
This is what a Credit Union should be. Staff are all super friendly and provide excellent customer service. Happy to be a member.
