The worst place I have ever been to. Do not go there for ANYTHING. Almost 2 hrs for a simple drug screen.
Horrible....dont know how to input champ va...management lied to wife and told her they need a referral...upon correction that it is champ va not just va they claimed they still don't take it....my wife's PCP is at brg..... slow uncaring cold inept...just a few words to describe this place ...well over an hour they still cant figure it out. They really should train their management and front desk on how do do basic insurance entry. Beds not cleaned...nurse hasn't spoken a single time...put o2 sensor on BP weight not a single... read more
